1. Leadership Certification
Send us an e-mail to info@businesscoach.hu if You want to know how good Your leadership abilities are. Providing information (name, email address, name of company, post, number of employees, years in executive position) we send You the test. If sent back, we evaluate it free of charge.
In case You want to know other’s impressions of you, that is how your employees, co-workers, perhaps employers regard your leadership abilities, after a personal consultation we make a personal 360 degree assessment. Thus your co-workers can send us their opinion and evaluation anonimously. Compiling these data we fill out your Leadership Certification. We give personalized support in the areas to be developed.
2. Find your coach
Working for long time as coaches and planning to stay on the market in the long run we believe in the fruitful results of fair business behaviour. Thus we do not accept assignments beyond our competences. In these cases we help finding the most appropiate coach for you – free of charge.
